I went into the BOS cafe in Taunton Somerset on Saturday for the first time, the cafe has not been open long. I am impressed with the interior, matching fittings and furniture. The staff are very friendly and polite,it's a service industry so extremely important .I ordered a sausage baguette and strawberry milkshake, the food and drink was very nice, if a little tardy in arriving. Overall I liked what I saw and had. BUT I noticed the waitresses were wiping the tables and trays with a cloth that was not changed or washed out in some sort of antibacterial liquid in the time I was there.THis must be regarded as a health issue, with infection spread from surface to surface and onto the hands of staff who then serve food.
